Winter Dusk, Blue - Abstract Beach Painting

Both of these were planned off the back of my smaller piece "Other Days and Tides" - I had painted it from a pre-determined 4-colour  palette based on one of our typlical pre-dinner beach trips at dusk, in the Winter.  We often get these indigo, violet, yellow, peach kind of light and it always stops me in my tracks.

So these larger pieces push that palette  further to see how much I could let the colour achieve. They are textured and feature my signature layers of drawing.
