I now use Boom Studios' booking system for all in-house events, if you have a gift voucher for this site I will be delighted to accept it for the workshops, I will just need to make the booking for you on the other system but that will be no problem.

Workshops  

I run monthly workshops for sketch walks, and landscape painting classes in Bangor, see details below!

A one-hour intro to drawing an object, focusing on a Spring theme.  Followed by an exclusive, 20% discounted private shop!  In-store, Main St Bangor.

 

Thurs 11th Apr | 7.00-9.00pm | Intro to Landscape Painting Class @ The Craft Room, Newtownards  BOOK HERE

A taster session touching on all the basics of composing a landscape painting, before you create a mini canvas of your favourite view.

 

Fri 17th May | 7-9pm | Drawing Skills @ The Workshop, Ballynahinch BOOK HERE

Using pencils and/or indian ink, learn to choose a composition, map out your drawing and experiment with mark-making to achieve those surface textures and believable forms.  Suitable for all levels!

11th June - August 2024 | Opening Hours | North Down Museum

The first of two summer exhibitions is a solo show on the wall space in Community Gallery, North Down Museum. I'm delighted that the 2023 heritage sketchbook project, which I led last year, will be exhibited in the gallery's cases at the same time.
