At 30 x 30cm plus frame, this painting is one of the journey pieces exploring a colour palette inspired by winter sunsets on our local beach.  Hues of purple, blue and yellow capture the late afternoon light, cold in December but beautiful and rich.

My work had started to incorporate layered drawing and painting, leaving a visible journey of thoughts over time and exploring change in lives and landscape.
