Policies and FAQ

Where is your Studio?

As of March 2022 I am based at Boom Studios, 80 Main St, Bangor, BT20 3AH.

Open by appointment, book online at the foot of the page (active once I'm all moved in) or drop me a message by email/phone/socials to arrange.

Can I Order a Custom Landscape Commission?

Yes, I will gladly work with you to create just the right thing for that special occasion or to finish your home decor with that perfect size and colour of painting.

Please see the Commissions page for all you need to know, including the full T&C for commission work.

How Long Will it Take to Receive my Order?

If you are collecting a stock item from my studio, we can normally arrange to have you united with your artwork within a couple of days, subject to holidays or planned closures.

Prints and cards posting to the UK are sent Royal Mail second class as standard.  Dispatch time for printed work is normally within 3 working days.

Commissioned work delivery dates will be arranged as part of our planning process.

Originals and limited editions are send using a tracked service.  Dispatch of  original paintings may take a little longer depending on the piece - this is because sometimes they require re-framing/unframing/specialist handling to get them ready for the journey.  Please see the listing information for more details on each piece, or get in touch if we need to make some arrangements.

Can I Return my Artwork if I Change my Mind?

Customised or commissioned pieces can not be returned, as they are specially made according to your instructions and your approval of the work ahead of order dispatch marks your acceptance of it.  Please see the commissions page for the full T&C ahead of booking something custom.

General returns info for stock items can be found at the foot of the page.

Can I Pay in Installments?

I'm delighted to have added Klarna as a payment partner in my shop.  They offer interest free installments over 3 months, subject to their T&C.  As they are a third-party provider, I have no say over whether your order will be accepted for credit, and your repayment responsibilities are to the finance company, not Jenni Robinson Art.

Who Owns the Image Copyright on my Artwork?

Regardless of whether you bought a stock item, or had something commissioned, all image rights remain with Jenni Robinson Art.  It is absolutely forbidden to reproduce your painting/printed work in any form whatsoever.  The artist may still reproduce your artwork's image in printed form after the sale of original, at the artist's discretion.

Other policy detail, including full terms of shop and site services can be found at the foot of the page.
